Restaurant and pizzeria Jakob offers home-made food and excellent pizzas for all tastes, which are complemented by excellent wines and a wide selection of beers.
We have been preparing pizzas for you in a brick oven since 1993.
We won first place in the competition of Slovenian pizza bakers in 2022, which further confirms the quality and innovation of our pizzas.
In addition to pizzas, which are our main specialty, we also offer a variety of meat dishes, pasta, homemade gnocchi and desserts.
There is also a salad bar, where you can regulary find vegetables from the home garden.

Pizzeria Jakob has always been famous for its first-class pizzas.
In our mission, we have set ourselves the goal of keeping this tradition alive and have thus directed all our efforts in the creation of our classic and special pizzas, with the aim of an even further improvement of their quality and taste.
For the dough itself, we use a mixture of first-class Italian flours, which are produced in the very cradle of pizza, in Naples. Also, all the ingredients for the toppings of our pizzas are of top quality and carefully selected.
A visit to our restaurant and pizzeria can round up perfectly a trip or sightseeing in our vicinity. Among the most popular sights certainly rank the Slavnik hill with its wonderful view of the surroundings, the easily accessible Kokoš hill and the very interesting Čičarija karst plateau. We also reccomend you a visit to Ostrič (named also Žabnik) hill, which with its characteristic pointed top is a textbook example of a sharp peak. The mhytical Park in Rodik and the dilapidated Obrov brick factory in one of the dead-end valleys of Jezerina near Obrov also deserve a visit.
You will also be impressed by a visit to the Dimnice Cave (Smoke cave) and Prem Castle, as well as the interesting partisan hospital Zalesje. Finally, don't miss the nature reserve of the Rosandra Valley and the Socerb castle.
